Background

Extraordinary leadership is rare. You know leadership when you see it and when it is
missing. According to Warren Bennis great leaders are made and usually self-made. This
course explores the complexity of leadership and how to win the hearts and minds of your
teams to achieve the results that matter effectively.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this programme participants will be able to

About

This course is part of a blended programme for senior leaders.  It requires commitment, pre-work and active engagement during the online group discussions and exercises.  The more you actively participate the more you will benefit from the programme.  The course covers a number of modules over approximately 3 month period.   The pre-work will be available 2 weeks before the start of each online class.
